Printer Information for Graduate Students

For the past several years, AGSU members have had access to the second-floor admin office printer, as the AGSU no longer has printers available for graduate student use. We’re pleased to announce that this printing agreement has been extended through the 2025–2026 academic year, with the following updated guidelines:

Printing Limits (effective immediately as of April 10, 2025):

- Maximum of 1000 pages total per student (from April 10, 2025 forward)

- No documents longer than 100 pages may be printed

- No more than 40 full-colour pages may be printed at one time

If you have a compelling academic need to exceed these limits, please reach out to departmental staff for prior approval. Otherwise, the department administration reserves the right to revoke printer access for students who do not adhere to these guidelines.

To gain access to the printer, please contact the department administrator to request your personal printing PIN.

Note: If you are printing materials for students in a class where you are a TA (e.g., worksheets, tests, or assigned readings), please do not use your personal PIN. These materials are not for your own use and should not count against your personal printing allocation. TAs can contact the department admin to request access to the TA printing PIN for teaching assistant-related printing.
